Life is not a Practice

After a long long abscence I was back out with Team Tuesday.
Just round the Grüntensee but who cares.

Tuesday evening but just Heidi and I.
Cycled up towards Haslacheralp in the drizzle and then turned left to Bayerstetten Kopf. Back down to Bayerstetten where it started chucking it down. It was like having buckets of water tipped over you. In the five minutes it took to get home, we were soaked through.

Tuesday evening and the three of us went cycling. Jon had already decided on the Hopfensee - Füssen - Vils tour so we did that at a relatively gentle pace.



On the way home Heidi suggested swimming. Jon and I stripped off and jumped in while Heidi talked to her vet.

45km and 472 meters of climbing.

Tonight was Tuesday so we went out for a race bike ride. Jon had just spent two weeks in England enjoying English food and beer while Heidi and I had just cycled 1000km. Poor Jon!



It took us exactly 3 hours and I had an average pulse of 113bpm. Being fit is fun.

Tuesday evening. No Jon and no Matthias so just the two of us. Weather was "unsettled" so we stayed near home and did a loop round Nesselwang. But the weather stayed dry with only a few spots of rain half way round.

Tuesday evening. Four of us on our race bikes. Just a light shower in Pfronten.

Tuesday night and there were four of us. Sunny and warm so the Tannheimertal run.
I had a pulse of 140 to 160 to start with and my average pulse was 133. Shouldn't have eaten just before going.

Tuesday night but Jon had jet lag so there were just two of us. We cycled until it was dark and then enjoyed my birthday present from Annalena & Daniel.

Tuesday evening. Not particularly warm so just Heidi and I. Cycled to Pfronten and back and were back early as Heidi had a meeting afterwards.
